1. Description of Service

4ort.ai is an AI-powered workspace that provides access to multiple AI models, code execution, SEO tools, Microsoft 365 integration, Google Workspace integration, and other productivity tools through AI agents.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Generate, store, or transmit content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or connected systems
Use the platform to generate spam, phishing content, malware, or other malicious material
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
Abuse API quotas, rate limits, or system resources
Share your account access with unauthorized third parties
Use the platform to violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by AI models on this platform is provided "as-is" and should not be considered professional, legal, medical, financial, or any other form of expert advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating and using AI-generated content. AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases.

5. Third-Party AI Providers

4ort.ai integrates with third-party AI providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and OpenRouter). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms of service. Some models accessed through free tiers (such as OpenRouter free models) may use your prompts and responses for model training purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Connected Services

When you connect third-party accounts (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.) through OAuth, you authorize 4ort.ai to access those services on your behalf within the scopes you approve. You can revoke access at any time through the respective service's settings.

7. Service Availability

The platform is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4ort.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the platform, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
